These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AchievoEDU platform and website. By accessing or using AchievoEDU, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using AchievoEDU on behalf of a school, you represent that you have the authority to bind that school to these Terms.
By creating an account or using the AchievoEDU platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users, including school administrators, teachers, students, and parents/guardians.
AchievoEDU is a student engagement and wellbeing platform provided to schools under a subscription agreement. The platform includes features such as points and rewards, badges, wellbeing check-ins, student voice polling, school notices, and leaderboards.
We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.
School accounts are created by AchievoEDU upon subscription activation. The school administrator is responsible for managing user access, including creating and deactivating teacher and student accounts.
Student accounts are created by school administrators. Students must only use the platform for its intended educational purpose. Students under 18 require parental or guardian consent as facilitated by the school.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must immediately notify your school administrator if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

AchievoEDU reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user found in breach of these provisions.
School administrators, teachers, and authorised users may post content (including notices, poll options, and comments) to the platform. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you post complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.
AchievoEDU does not claim ownership of user-generated content but is granted a limited licence to store, display, and transmit it for the purpose of providing the service.
All AchievoEDU software, design, branding, and platform code is the intellectual property of AchievoEDU and is protected by Australian and international copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
Our Privacy Policy, available at achievoedu.com.au/privacy, forms part of these Terms and describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AchievoEDU is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by your school in the preceding 12 months.
We aim to provide 99.5% platform uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Either party may terminate the subscription in accordance with the school's subscription agreement. Upon termination, schools may export their data within 30 days before it is deleted from our systems.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
