About the author
Lindsay Newton-Smith — Founder, AchievoEDU

Lindsay Newton-Smith is the founder of AchievoEDU and a secondary school teacher who has taught across more than six schools throughout South East Queensland. Along the way he has served as a Head of Department and built deep experience in inclusion settings, working with the students who most need consistent support. He created AchievoEDU after years of watching schools struggle to run recognition and behaviour tracking well — convinced there had to be a better way.
