Getting Started Guide

Everything you need to get your school up and running with AchievoEDU.

Create your school account

Contact our team to get your school provisioned. You'll receive admin login credentials via email within one business day.

2️⃣
Import your students and staff

From the Admin dashboard, navigate to Users → Bulk Upload and upload a CSV with student names, emails, year levels, and houses. Teachers can be added individually or via CSV.

3️⃣
Configure your modules

Go to School Setup and toggle on the features your school wants to use. Every module is optional — start with a few and expand over time.

4️⃣
Set up your rewards store

Add items to the Store with point costs and stock levels. Students earn points through teacher awards and can browse and redeem in their own store view.

5️⃣
Brief your teachers

Share teacher login credentials. The teacher dashboard gives quick access to award points to a class, run challenges, and track student engagement — all in under a minute per session.

6️⃣
Launch to students

Students log in with their credentials and immediately see their points, badges, and character profile. We recommend a short assembly intro to build excitement on day one.
